Nichipe support

Nichipe is a free cooking app that matches curated recipes to what is already in your fridge. No account is required.

Email nutnicha.m.th@gmail.com. Include your device model, iOS version, and what you were trying to do.

The ingredient list or recipes will not load

Nichipe needs an internet connection to load its recipe library and calculate matches. Check your connection, reopen the app, and try again.

Photo detection

Photo detection is intentionally unavailable in the current release. Add ingredients manually from the Fridge tab.

Resetting the app

Open Settings in Nichipe and choose Delete all data to clear your fridge ingredients, dietary exclusions, pot inventory, onboarding state, and unit preference from the device.

Read the Nichipe privacy policy. Nichipe uses Apple's standard licensed application end-user agreement.
